  • Mr. David Little – Cannabis Chocopreneur, General Manager - A CPA turned Chocopreneur; for over 30 years he enjoys creating the most innovative Cannabinoid edibles. With his team of scientists, have researched cannabinoids for years and settled on chocolate as a great means of consumption. David’s team works with the various partners to insure consistency across brand lines. Awarded Supplement Suppler of the Month in 2022, he works closely with some of the top Nutraceutical industry suppliers. David has developed and distributed edible products and for many top consumer brands including Starbucks, Kraft/Gevalia, Keurig, Christian Dior and Diageo. He is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and holds an MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans.
  • Mr. D – VP of Sales & Marketing - With over 30 years of international Fortune 500 Business experience, Mr. D has led a variety of C-Suite groups, and previously led the Sales & Marketing for a $200 division which specialized in solar and storage, assembly tools, consumer personal care, health care, etc.
  • Ms. F – Head Chef - As our head chef, and mixologist is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education of New York . Ms. F has extensive experience working with chocolate and edibles having served as a Pastry Chef and other functions at multiple Metropolitan New York City locations. Ms. F working with our David, our scientist and research team uses her knowledge of chocolate and flavors to develop and our cannabinoid edibles
  • Mr. K – VP Vapes – Long standing career in the cannabis industry starting in Durango, Colorado in 2010. Mr. K eventually ran his own large scale cannabis operations starting in 2016 with fulfilling vape pen white label orders as large as 25,000 units month contracts as well as offering their own in-house brand. His expertise includes all facets of the cannabis industry with a particular focus on extracts and finished goods.
  • Mr. M – Technical Advisor: Chocolate - Hailing from Brussels, Belgium, Mr. M has over 12 years experience working as an artisanal chocolate maker. He’s now a Technical Advisor for Incentive Gourmet for chocolate, and assists our Chefs in developing concepts, formulations and manufacturing procedures.
  • Mr. J – Lead Scientist - Mr. J. assists with Scientific endeavors and evaluating ingredients and opportunities. Jim graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a PhD and has over 5 decades of expertise in the fields of microbial biochemistry, genetics, biotechnology and molecular biology.
  • Mr. M – Technical Advisor: Flavoring and Formulation - Experienced food technologist with a 10-year history in the food and flavor industry. Skilled in Sensory Evaluation, Food & Beverage, Product Development, Microsoft Office, Food Science, and GMP. Mr. M. works with David and the Chef to insure the product meets our rigid taste guidelines.
